The Florida Redfish Series will include a kayak division in their TH Marine Redfish Open out of Sea Hag Marina in Steinhatchee, FL this October 22, 2022.
This will be their first foray into kayak angling so to prepare they are holding a ‘test tourney’ on August 20th.
The test tourney is open to the first 30 anglers. Some spots are still available at the time of this writing.
Eligible fishing locations range between West Bay in Panama City and Horseshoe Beach in Steinhatchee.
Entry fee is $25 with 100% payout to the top 3 spots – 50%, 30%, 20%.
The test will run from 6:30 AM until Noon.
“Share the word! We really want the kayak series to take off so we can add it to our 2023 season for all those who have been asking for it,” said the Redfish Series via their social media accounts.
